Required State Implementation Plan Elements Dashboard

The Required State Implementation Plan Elements Dashboard provides details about individual states’ Clean Air Act and regulatory planning requirements associated with implementing, attaining, and maintaining the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) through SIPs. The dashboard includes information for nonattainment and maintenance areas for current and revoked NAAQS. Information in the dashboard can be filtered by state, NAAQS, area, plan category, and specific SIP element. When viewing information about a specific SIP element, the history of EPA actions on the element is displayed at the bottom of the page. Required Elements Details

¹ The three main categories of SIP submittals are: 1) Attainment plan/Maintenance plan; 2) Infrastructure SIPs; and 3) SIP submittals due for states located in the Ozone Transport Region (OTR).
